MODE OF PAYMENT
Renter/s should pay 100% total of the rental fee upon the delivery of the vehicle.
GASOLINE
Renter/s must return the vehicle with same quantity of fuel as what indicated on the check List or trip ticket. Any deficiency should be added to Renter/s account .

RENTAL PERIOD
Daily rate equivalent to 24 hours rental, each hour beyond the said period will be charge 10 % of the daily rate. In excess of 4 hours One day rental shall be applied.

RENTAL EXTENSION
Renter should decide to extend the rental beyond the previously agreed return date and time,Rental station should be advised immediately and additional prepayment or credit authorization should be made. Failure to do so, would mean the Renter/s is in violation of the Terms and Conditions on the rental agreements. surcharge of PHP500.00 per day shall be added to as overdue until the proper rental extension payment is made.

COLLISION AND DAMAGE WAIVER
Renter/s is/are liable to pay the minimum of PHP 3,500 and maximum of PHP 10,000 or more , based on the size of the damages and 20 % of the damaged spare parts.
